A package of private classes designed for you during your pregnancy

Based on the trimester that you are in, we will do yoga poses to promote stretching, relaxation, and preparation for birth

Can be scheduled according to your life

Each session will be 60-minutes and can be located at your home, a rented studio space*, or virtually

$150 for 3 classes / $200 for 5 classes / $375 for 10 classes

Individualized yoga class, specially prepared for your needs and meeting you at your experience with yoga

Built around your physical, emotional, and spiritual goals

Options for 60-, 75-, or 90- minutes in duration

Location is where you are most comfortable - your home, studio space can be rented (dependent on time and day)*, or virtually

$65 for 60 minutes / $75 for 75 minutes / $85 for 90 minutes

Small group class for you and friends, co-workers, family reunion, bachelorette, birthday celebration, youth group, sports team, etc.

Designed to cater to your familiarity with yoga (i.e. great for beginners and mixed level groups)

Options for 60-, 75-, or 90- minutes in duration

Option 1: a private, guided yoga session with you and your baby, designed for the age and stage of your baby and your desired level of activity

Option 2: a group session for adults and babies, catered to your space and props. Great for daycare parent involvement events, yoga studio special events, festivals, and mom groups.
